Our Journey So Far
Over the years, BeRadical CBO Kenya has achieved significant milestones that reflect our commitment to positive change. From environmental clean-up efforts to youth empowerment programs, we are proud of the progress we’ve made and excited about what the future holds.
Beach Clean-Up Initiative
One of our most successful initiatives has been organizing beach clean-ups along Kenya’s coastline. These efforts not only protect the natural environment but also serve as team-building activities that bring volunteers together. Through these clean-ups, we continue to promote environmental stewardship and community collaboration.
Giraffe BioEnergy Partnership
This innovative project focuses on educating communities about the sustainable use of cassava as a natural cooking fuel. By replacing traditional, harmful cooking methods, we are helping to protect both the environment and human health. The Giraffe BioEnergy Partnership empowers local women with agricultural knowledge, giving them the tools to create a safer and more sustainable way of life.
Community Development and Youth Empowerment Project
At Lea Mwana, we have improved the living conditions for children and staff while creating opportunities for community members to volunteer and support those in need. Our Youth Empowerment Project provides educational activities that foster self-respect, teamwork and valuable skills for success in social, academic and work environments.
Garbage Collection
At BeRadical CBO, we believe in fostering a cleaner, healthier environment for our community. Our Garbage Collection Initiative was launched to address the growing need for proper waste management and environmental sustainability within our neighborhoods.Through this project, our dedicated team, led by Mr. Brown and supported by community volunteers, organizes regular garbage collection drives, ensuring that waste is safely collected, sorted, and disposed of responsibly. Beyond cleaning, we aim to educate residents about the importance of recycling, reducing waste, and keeping public spaces clean.

Supporting Ecology and Safer Environmental Practices:
Partnering and collaborating with projects that support the development of safer environmental practices and promote systems or solutions that help solve some of the worst problems faced by the communities affected are top of the list for us to learn from or give assistance to.
